Order still "In Progress"

I placed an order on the 15th and it is still in progress and Sephora has not charged me. When will this change? I also would like to know if I should wait awhile before making any other orders or not, because I don't want to have the same issue. Also I have the Rouge shipping and I heard it was supposed to be unaffected? When will things be shipped? I only ordered 2 items that are still in stock

I'm having the same problem. Ordered on the 15th, still "in progress" and still no tracking number and I also have 2 day flash.
