Order still in progress for 8 days. Has not been shipped

I'm aware that there are orders in progress, but when will my order ship? I waited 8 days so far and it hasn't shipped yet. Please reply when you can! Thank you

Since you have Rouge and therefore should have flash shipping, this is especially odd. I had my first order of flash literally yesterday and it shipped on the same day. I think you should reach out to Sephora on this one, especially considering you have Flash from being so dedicated- and spending a lot of money- at Sephora.
