Order status.

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with this. I have 2 orders in progress and they havenโ€™t been shipped yet but this morning I checked my bank account and Sephora has transferred the money for each order back into my account. I checked the order status and it says they are both still in progress. Any idea whatโ€™s up?

I am sorry for any confusion! You may be seeing that pre-authorizations have dropped from your form of payment, looking like you received a refund from Sephora - This is not a refund, and you will still be charged once your orders ship out. When you place an order, the initial authorization will drop from your account in 1-7 business days and the order will be charged to your account once it ships. Thank you!
