Order returned by mail, refund?

2 weeks ago I ordered a package to which it was returned to sender (Sephora) for an unknown reason. It was resent to me but then cancelled again and returned to sender, maybe due to an incorrect address. It’s been a week since it’s been returned but I still have not gotten my refund yet. My credit card statement still shows that I have paid for it although I haven’t gotten a refund through Sephora or through the bank yet.
