Order processing

Hey, I recently placed two orders. One on September 30th and another on October 1st. The order from October 1st has shipped already, but the order from September 30th still says in progress and has not shipped. Is there a reason for it not having shipped yet, and the later order shipping first? How many days should I wait to see if it ships? Thanks.

We have multiple warehouses where orders can be processed and shipped from. Please rest assured you will receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your other order has been shipped out. We appreciate your patience as we work to have your orders delivered!
