Order placed 11AM PST yesterday & still In Progress status

Hello - 


just wondering if there's an issue with my order placed @ 11 am PST as I noticed it's still In Progress status. Per my understanding for Flash Rules, "Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 2 business days from when the order is placed." Just checking to see if this is still the case as then the order should have already been shipped to arrive in 2 business days.

My order last week took almost a week to get to me so they are definitely very behind in orders!

Thanks for your input. I guess this is what happens when you have a dependency on placing an order and waiting for early xmas to arrive.. lol
