Order not authorised

i have ordered the above order in excess of $500. When I click on the order it says unsuccessful authorisation? PayPal says the hold up is due to your end? Please can you advise ASAP as I am obviously worried that a large amount has left my account but you are saying it hasn’t been authorised. This is a gift for someone and I am in the UK so unable to call your phone number. Please advise. Emma
