Order never received

I received an email saying my order was delivered 3 days ago, but nothing in sight even after searching around. This is my first experience with sephora and I got to say I’m pretty disappointed from my experience versus what people have told me about theirs. I will now have to go through the time consuming hassle of getting a refund and go out to buy the same products in a hurry because I didn’t received my order at all. Very disappointed.
