Order never delivered

Hi, 

My order from august 15 was said to be delivered august 18, and it never was. I called customer service, and they told me to put in a request with UPS so I did. Now it has been weeks and I can't see anything about the tracking at all. Please help. I would be satisfied with a refund, or even a sephora gift card in the amount, or a resend of my packages.

SCAM!! Sephora will NOT help you! File a dispute with the bank of the credit card or debit card they used. Also file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and FTC, call 1877 FTC-HELP.
