Order is pending?

I put in an order on 12/29 as well as subscribed for the PLAY! pass on 01/01, the play pass has since been deducted from my account but theres no evidence of my 12/29 transaction going through but my order still says its being pricessed as well as getting a confirmation email? I'm so confused if my order is going through or not
