Order in progress....

Ok, I was wondering why my orders are taking so long even though I have 2 day flash shipping. My orders stay in progress for 2 or more days. I understand that happening on the weekend but not during the week. I know it can happen time to time but this has become a constant issue.

I'm sorry to hear that your order is still in progress and I understand how excited you are to receive your order!  With Flash 2-Day Shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day and arrive in 2 business days. At most, processing can take one business day. Please note the Saturday-Sunday are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will arrive by Wednesday or two days from shipment. If you do not receive your package within the time frame, please feel free to send me or any Mod a PM with your order number for further assistance.
