Order has not been received.

I ordered something on the 16th. My order has not been delivered but it says it was delivered at 10am yesterday. This is impossible because i work from home and i am the only person home all day. I also have 3 dogs that bark whenever anyone moves towards the front door or comes towards the front door. This delivery attempts was not made at all.

I also want to add that where my desk is located, I can see out the front window, so I would have seen a lasership delivery vehicle pull up, and it did not.
