Order didn’t go through, card charged.

So I just tried placing an order and I got this error stating Inventory Purchase Fail. My Paypal was charged but my order didn’t go through. I used a $25 gift card on my purchase too and now that has been depleted to $0. Will the charges drop off and the funds returned to the gift card?

i am sorry to hear that your order was not successful. Please note that the authorization that you see on your account will reverse and those funds will be released back into your account. If you have any further questions please send me a PM.

Hi Zakiya. So the charges for the failed order dropped off my credit card but the $25 from the gift card I used hasn’t been returned yet. How do I go about recovering that? Thank you 😊
