Order confirmation from borderfree but not shown on sephora account. is it made or not? Please help

I placed an order a few hours ago, Order Number: , and am not sure if it has gone through.

I have received a confirmation email from Borderfree that they have received it, but it has not shown on my sephora account.

Order Date: May 6, 2017 Order Number: 

Could you confirm if this order has been made or not, and why it hasn't shown on my Sephora account. It says my billing details on the Borderfree email, so has it taken payment?

I HAVE MADE A NEW ORDER order number  as I don't think the original went through THE NEW ORDER  IS INCLUDING ANOTHER OF A PRODUCT I MEANT TO BUY EARLIER AND FORGOT TO ADD. THIS IS NOT AN ERROR. This NEW order number ]

I will be leaving for a while shortly, and I really wanted the items, so wanted to ensure I made it

I had no confirmation of the original order on my account or any visible signs of it.

Could the order that I don't think went through, be deleted, if it did go through.  

However I received no link to the confirmation page, and no receipt. As I was trying to make the original order, , when I clicked 'place order' I got a message saying that it could not be placed and there had been an error. There was no receipt, or page taking me to confirmation, or anything. No confirmation from Sephora itself to say it was there. Furthermore, order  never has shown on my account.

Please DONT DELETE order number AS I DO WISH TO PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS
