Order cancelled

Something went wrong while my payment was processing and my order was cancelled even though the money was taken out of my account??? I keep getting automated responses and I’m so angry now I’ve never experienced service this bad, Sephora needs to talk to Victoria secret or smthn cos they have the best service! But I really need help because I need my order before a certain date, it is being delivered to a family friend that travels over to NZ(which is why I can’t actually call a Sephora store because I live thousands of miles away- NZ Sephora doesn’t have all of the products I want 😕 ) and I need it all before Christmas too and I don’t know what to do because I’m not getting a proper response from anyone. I also used the Insider 15% off discount which I’m gonna miss out on now and that makes my order about $40 more so I’m really sad right now 😞
