Order cancelled

Something went wrong while my payment was processing and my order was cancelled even though the money was taken out of my account??? I keep getting automated responses and Iโ€™m so angry now Iโ€™ve never experienced service this bad, Sephora needs to talk to Victoria secret or smthn cos they have the best service! But I really need help because I need my order before a certain date, it is being delivered to a family friend that travels over to NZ(which is why I canโ€™t actually call a Sephora store because I live thousands of miles away- NZ Sephora doesnโ€™t have all of the products I want ๐Ÿ˜• ) and I need it all before Christmas too and I donโ€™t know what to do because Iโ€™m not getting a proper response from anyone. I also used the Insider 15% off discount which Iโ€™m gonna miss out on now and that makes my order about $40 more so Iโ€™m really sad right now ๐Ÿ˜ž
