Order cancelled yet again 😡

I placed an order for a Chloe perfume solely because I wanted the Chloe clutch. Now I am told everything else has shipped but that because it has been “cancelled.” Never mind that the clutch was out of stock so I patiently waited until it showed as being in stock and then placed the order. What’s worse is had I not had the option for the clutch, I could have used the code forever to get a sample of the new Dior foundation smh. So annoyed right now. Sephora definitely doesn’t care how much you spend at their stores. Now I have to return the perfume once it comes and I guarantee you the sales associates will treat me like a criminal for returning. I wish Sephora had given me the option to modify my order or cancel altogether before sending out. So frustrated.

same thing happened to me today I used the NoFomo code and my rest of the order is ok but they have cancelled my promo selection and haven't even offered a replacement or anything just said a part of the order has been cancelled. Is your distribution center Memphis as well? they seem to have a lot of issues. I have contacted some one hopefully this gets resolved soon.....

I was contacted by Penelope last week who said she would send me the clutch at no cost to me (I didn’t get the no cost part because it was free with the perfume I had PURCHASED and I have flash shipping but whatever). I checked on the status this morning as I still have yet to receive it and of course, it’s been cancelled, and yet again, no notification. Why the heck am I spending so much money at a store that doesn’t even value their customers? All of the stuff I buy is available at stores such as Nordstrom and ulta. And those that may be exclusive to Sephora, I don’t need. Thanks again Sephora. You have just lost a customer.
