Order cancelled, unsuccessful authorization

I ordered my order on July 14,

Sephora sent me an email saying the order was confirmed but when I checked the order status it says it’s cancelled,

and when I look at “tracking details”

it says that my delivery status is temporary unavailable.

Please help me guys, what should I do?

I’m short on time.

 

I blurred out my address and my order number since I’m not sure what can be seen here,

but if a mod needs my order number please let me know. Thank you in advance!
