Order cancelled twice

Placed order through the phone because I received more than 2 gift cards as gifts. Now twice the order has been cancelled and now a third time, after being on the phone with customer service I’m told that there’s an issue with the system and need to wait for an email from IT. I don’t understand what the issue is. I’ve been a Sephora customer for years
