Order cancelled but promo code not reusable?

Hello, I had to cancel a in-store pick up order due to last min out of stock notification I received and I did use “yespoints” on that order to get the 500 points. However, when I canceled the order, and tried to place it as an online (ship to my address order and NOT in-store pick up order), it says I cannot use this promo code anymore because I have already “redeemed” it in my previous order. Please, can you fix this glitch because technically I didn’t get the points nor the order went through so the promo code should be returned to me. Thank you.
