Order cancellation

Hi
I have tried to order twice and both times my order has been cancelled  saying "we were unable to confirm your payment information" when the money has been taken out of my account.  My order number is #---------- and I am getting extremely annoyed with my order being cancelled each time. Please tell me and why this is happening, All my details are correct.
