Order came open and damaged

 Good Evening! My packages arrived today and as soon as i take out the top paper packaging all orders come with i just see my product like this. Then I give it the benefit of the doubt and think maybe this happened in delivery, but there is also something wrong with the product itself, I keep trying to get the product out and just a tiny bit came out after 7 pumps of nothing. I’m disappointed since I have a very busy work/school schedule, and this has never happened. I am wondering what can I do about this issue? or who can I speak to?😣
