Order being cancelled

Whatever order I place, whether online or pickup order, it keeps being cancelled without any explanation. The status says ‘unsuccessful authorization’ when I’m using my Sephora visa credit card. This issue has persisted since early 2023. Someone needs to help address and resolve this.
