Order arrived damaged

Unfortunately my order arrived with shampoo and conditioner leaking everywhere. It leaked through the cardboard box all over my floor and soiled all the other items in my order. It’s really hard to clean up. I tried the chat during business hours and it wasn’t available. I tried calling and never got through the hold. How can you help resolve this? I really don’t want to bring this box to my local store because it will get my car all gross and I don’t think the employees at your stores should have to dig through all the spilled liquid to return the items. Please contact me directly to resolve the issue.

I’m on the web browser and don’t see how to send a private message (the message option is grayed out). 
I also don’t see anywhere to change my personal settings. If you send me directions I can try.
