Order arrived Damaged

Hi, 

I just received an order today where my mini murad rapid age spot and pigment lightening serum came damaged and leaking. Almost half the product leaked out of the packaging. The spring pump on the product is also broken so I can't even pump out any product. Can I get a replacement for this product or a refund?
