Order Still Pending

Hello! I placed two orders on Feb. 2nd, and as of Feb. 7th they’re both still ‘pending’. My card hasn’t been charged yet either. I’ve never had an order take that long to process, so I figured I’d ask about it. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
