Order Not Delivered/Lost in Transit

I placed two separate orders both of which were due for delivery today. The first order x1089 was supposed to be delivered by USPS today. As I thought, the package was NOT delivered today. I actually waited and spoke with the postal worker for my neighborhood and there was no sign of the package and they have left for the day.Please contact USPS and file a claim as my post office does not have anymore deliveries planned for today.

 

Clearly, the package is not going to be delivered and I am upset that the customer service associate refused to contact USPS when I knew it wasn't going to arrive at my home. I am expecting 2 packages from Sephora to be delivered today and so far I have not gotten anything. I know for a fact that Sephora received the payment for both orders as the two transactions went through.

Hello Laurie,

 

Can you help me? I don't know why this is happening but I alerted the associate early today and she refused to contact USPS. For the first order I paid for priority shipping and for the second order I paid for expedited shipping and the carrier selected was Lasership. I did NOT receive the package shipped via USPS and the postal worker has left for the day. I have NOT received the second order shipped via Lasership either. Both orders are arriving later than what was specified and paid for (based on the shipping method selected).
