Order Keeps Getting Cancelled

I've called customer service to try to resolve the issue. They helped me reorder but that order was ALSO cancelled. This has been extremely frustrating. I've tried with my sephora credit card and other credit cards and all my orders have been cancelled. I've racked up at least 10 attempts now. Please help!

The same thing is happening to me. When I called customer service they told me that my account needed to be verified and that they would put a rush on it. I still haven’t heard back about my account being verified or what else is needed for me, but it doesn’t make any sense. I logged into my account using my password and all of my information is correct so why does Sephora need extra verification for my order to be placed? This happened last year when I tried to place an online order and I had to do the same thing. What’s going on?
