Order Canceled Due To Unsuccessful Authorization?

I placed an order and I used Klarna (something I have done in the past with no issue), Sephora randomly with no notice canceled the order for "Unsuccessful Authorization."  I am trying to figure out why this happened. There were no issues when I placed the order and Klarna is still saying that I made this order and that Sephora has the money.

Same happened to me today, I'm pretty sure I don't have any problem with my debit card so I really don't get it.

Also, to clarify, the initial payment for this order to Klarna has been taken out of my bank account as well.
