I got my JVN hair oil today and when I opened the box the whole top of the bottle was open and there was oil everywhere. I don’t even think the bottle is full anymore.
I would love to get a replacement somehow but jnalso don’t want to have to wait another 2 weeks to use my product when it wasn’t my mistake. Any information or help??
