Only received refund for one item not both

i sent back my complete order of two products one a cleanser and one the eye cream that I had a severe allergy to where it caused redness and swollen ended up having to go to an eye doctor for eye drops. 

i did not get my refund for the eye cream.

i want my refund!

I shipped both items in the same box at the same time. 

I just went back to see if I could try to return the eye cream and I can’t because I sent it back as the request. I had my FedEx guy pick up the package as I handed it to him. 

i had put everything in one box as shown.

i want my refund! I sent back both products. I even wrote notes why on the return slip!

whom ever is doing returns for Sephora has been slacking for years! 

Very upset! Orders are not what they use to be!
