Online returns not working, unable to print return label

I am attempting to print a return label to return an item. I have tried on several browers and when I go to press the 'Print Return Label' button it is completely unclickable. Not sure if this is a website glitch or intentional. Usually when you go to return something it also sends a copy of the label to your e-mail address, which is not happening. Please fix this. Thank you.

Happened to me before. Ways to try again:

1. Open an incognito (private) web browser and try again. OR

2. Clear your caches and cookies and try again. OR

3. Try a different web browser.
