Online return without sephora shipping box

I made an online order and want to return back through mail. I have the original packaging for the product but don't have the brown Sephora shipping box or the receipt. Can I use a different box?

Hello Rina91! Yes! if you made the purchase online, you can use a different box and the original packaging is not needed.  To print a merchandise return label for this order, please visit the following link:  www.sephora.com/returnlabel
