Online return questions

Hi there! I have a few questions because I'm not quite sure about Sephora's return policies (I have read them).

 

If I return an online order, do I have to reship it or can I take it to a store? Is there a difference if I do one instead of the other?

Does the return need to have all of the items from it inside? Or am I able to keep one and return the rest.

Was also curious if I should return them in separate boxes (the ones they came in), or one box.

Online orders can be sent back to our warehouse for a refund or a local Sephora for a refund. If you are returning a set, the full set with all the items have to be returned. The free samples do not have to be returned. 

 

You can return items in the same box as long as it is clear what items are from what order. I hope this clarifies.
