Online promos won’t work

I can’t get any of the four promos on the app or website to work for an online purchase.  They say out of stock but they are still there and they are new and haven’t worked yet.  Also, some of the points items say there is a sku issue and won’t let me add. 

I have tried clearing my cache, turning phone off and on.  Deleting and re-adding the app, signing out and in, to no avail. Also went on the actual website instead of app and got the same non results.  I thought it was a fluke that the one promo they had for the last 4 days wasn’t working but as soon as they added more, none of them are working.   
it is a little frustrating as I would like to redeem one of the promos but now I feel I’ll miss out if I’m the only one it’s not working for.  Is anyone else having this issue on the Canadian site right now?

@gizmo25 it’s so frustrating, they’ve been glitchy since last week, I’m waiting to place my order too. Hopefully it will be fixed soon 🤞

I have literally tried everything to add promos as well as Danessa and L’occitane rewards and nothing works including deleting and re-downloading the app. Been sitting on my basket for 4 days. I was a vib rouge last year. Don’t think I’m going to be this year. Already started buying what I can elsewhere.

Yea also noticed this issue for the past week. These types of glitches happen so often and really take the fun out of the shopping experience. Helps us spend less, so maybe it’s good afterall.

Yes I'm definitely having these frustrating issues too! It especially sucks bc all the new holiday kits just dropped and missing out on the extra bonuses that make shopping at Sephora worth it. I talked with the chat cs last night and they said they're looking in to it but aren't able to manually add the gwp to orders. Very frustrating and disappointing to have these issues. I've also been having issues signing into the app on my iPad but it works on my mobile. Really hoping Sephora fixes these bugs asap!
