Online order received pre opened

When I received my order one of the items was already opened and arrived this way. I am very upset and loosing trust in the e-commerce website because do your workers just open and look at other people’s items in their order like that? If they can just open and look in your items then they could also use the products before sending them out for shipment. This is also not the first time. I’ve had multiple times where the samples were missing and the rewards I redeemed with my points be opened. One time I got a perfume as a sample and the bottle was completely empty when it arrived, I kid you not. At that point just dont even bother sending the sample…. I didn’t say anything about those issues back then because they were either rewards (points redeemed) or samples, but this us unacceptable!

@Lindaccc Was the tube itself opened?  I'm not sure if this particular product comes with a safety seal on the tube?
