Online only NOT an “Online Only”

I have the latest version of the app, my phone & PC are on the latest OS … 

 

there are several items that show up available for pickup and delivery BUT yall have an “online only” flag on it making it impossible to buy on web or app. 

I’ve reported this multiple times and no one will fix it or give me tech support to have them fix it. Can someone do something so I can buy my dang mascara???

@DaneeBT I edited the post to include a screenshot. It isn’t my address, it’s the “online only” object that prevents it from being added to my cart as a pickup or same-day delivery item. You’ll see here that it’s available in that product type (mini) but disappears when the product page is open. There are quite a few instances of this, this is the one I’ve asked about the most
