Online missing parcal

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience with Sephora and UPS. My parcel is missing, and despite being marked as delivered, the delivery photo doesn’t even show my parcel it shows a metal step, while my front porch is completely tiled.

Sephora customer service keeps telling me they can’t replace or refund my order because it was marked as delivered. UPS says the seller needs to submit a claim, but Sephora refuses to help. This is unacceptable. As a first-time online customer of Sephora, this has been a terrible experience, and it’s likely to be my last order with them.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of issue? Any advice on how to get this resolved?
