Online account not linked to my BeautyInsider status/purchases

In the last week or so, my beautyinsider status and my past orders aren’t showing in my online account. I’m a Rouge member and trying to find past purchases to re-order and it won’t show me, saying I need a BeautyInsider account to continue. I had to order something earlier this week and it looks like that purchase isn’t showing towards my points or Rouge status, and I can’t redeem my points for purchases.

I also am having this issue. Bought perfume and there was a 4x points promo that I applied to my purchase but I only got 1 point per dollar.
