Online Shade Matching - Can't it be stored?

So I'm a pretty active and longtime Sephora VIB -- how come every time I want to do an online shade match I have to input all the brands and shades I use all over again -- shouldn't that info be stored as part of your profile?  I did an instote Color IQ but the machine was wonky and the results are WAY off.

 

I find it really frustrating that I have to put in 5, 6, or 7 brands and shades every time I'm interested in a new foundation or concealer.

 

Or am I doing something wrong??

Hi @nbagot On your next store visit, I recommend having a Beauty Advisor rematch our shade! Once they've rematched it, please, select your name at the bottom of the app, select Beauty Preferences, then you can add your Color IQ to the Color IQ section. Once it has been added, your foundation match should show on each foundation product page.
