Online Payment Error

For the last week, I have attempted multiple times to purchase items and I get an error that my credit card info is incorrect. I have used multiple cards and payment methods, none of which work on the site (but continue to work at other retailers). I have seen many posts about the same issue. Is there a work-around or an expected date when the issue will be corrected?

Having the same error this morning. I went to my personal account info to add new credit card info instead at the checkout and it worked when I proceeded to checkout!!! Hopefully this helps!! Xoxo

I'm also having the same issue. Ive tried 2 different cards, both of which I've used with sephora, and they get payment errors. Is this issue getting fixed internally?

The pm with the contact info to Comenity isn’t a solution. They tell me it’s not an issue with them and send me to Sephora. It’s been going on for months.
