@Krystal264  You can print a copy of the order invoice directly from your account by going to your orders and selecting view details.

We are all having the same issue here! How hard is it for Sephora to provide a PDF like all online stores? I find it hard to believe that you do not provide a PDF invoice or order details!

I need an invoice to make declaration to my local post office. I ordered it from another country with the help of another delivery company and it is obligatory to provide official invoice. I already asked about this in the chat and they told me it is not possible for Sephora. Just why? If other online stores have no problem of providing invoice, why is it a problem for Sephora?
