OnTrac Constantly Delayed

This shipping company has falsified this light rain weather excuse for delaying my package and it's been nearly a week. However, I have gotten other deliveries this week through different logistics companies on time rain or shine. I am exhausted seeing this exception notice each day of re-delivering my order on the next business day.
