Ok so I’m in the community online.

Hi so I’m in the community online account to unlock messages but still can’t seem to figure it out. My apologies I’m new to posting here. Thank you for all of your help!

@findzbyaprilLee you would have to do it in desktop or mobile desktop. Go to the gear icon on the right. It will take you to settings. Then hit the Preference tab and then private messenger.  There you will be able to change it.
