Offer available to select BI members

Hi!

I received a coupon via US Mail for 20% off March 2nd thru March 12.

When I try to use the coupon I receive the error "Offer available to select BI members."

Currently have Rouge status and the coupon was shipped to my home address.

Getting this error message at check out when entering the code. Help please, it’s frustrating when you send a promo code and it doesn’t work.
