lost package

sephora states my package was delivered but the picture uploaded my ups doesn’t match my door color it’s in a apartment building and i have red doors and live in a townhouse i saved so much money to spoil myself for my birthday i spend over $1000+ and after spending 1hr28minute with manager mauricio different agents they all denied help or service how am i responsible for peoples lack of negligence to deliver to the right place

@gleyci did you contact the delivery carrier? You have to file a claim through them.

they won’t allow me to because they said only the. sender can on there end.

@gleyci so was the order delivered or was it refused? What delivery company was it? I've only had a missing package once from UPS and I had to file a claim. I had to wait until they "conducted an investigation". Thankfully my neighbor had my package when I went to check and it sorted itself out but Sephora probably won't reship until the delivery company investigates it. Worst case scenario, file a chargeback with your credit card company.

it was with ups. they “delivered” it but i don’t know where. definitely not to my community because in the picture the door color is blue and my community townhomes are red. i called ups and they said only the sender can file. the claim but every time i speak to a sephora agent either thru phone or chat they say they can’t do anything further. imagine you yourself spends $1000+ after the hurricane hit you because it’s your birthday coming up but it’s your first order at sephora in general and first online order since a tragedy but you wanna treat yourself you don’t even receive the package so you call the people for help and they refuse how is it fair. i’m a minimum wage employee i saved up for this. if i knew this would happen i would’ve just drive to sephora but there’s been a lot of roadblocks due to the hurricane it’s crazy

@gleyci I would try calling your bank then and see if they can do a chargeback.
