ORDER IN PROGRESS FOR 2 DAYS NOW? SEPHORA CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE REPLY

My order number is ***********

 

I placed my ordere on Sunday 19th Nov'17. I am based in India and this order is to be shipped to my sister in LA. 

I placed this same order with my credit card first but as it got declined I used my PayPal. The amount is also deducted in my PayPal but it states "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Sephora USA Inc completes your order."

 I wish to know what is the status for this order? Is it confirmed or will it be cancelled like my credit card paid order which I placed before. 
When Will it ship?
I have emailed Sephora too - no reply! Image below of my order. PLEASE CHECK AND PROVIDE A MORE RELEVANT UPDATE
