Not able to open Sephora website

I am trying to place an order but Sephora site is not opening at all. It is not the usual 400 or 404 'bad request' error. I am getting the error 'Don't have access to this server'

@naturalooks15 clear all your cookies and history. That should hopefully fix the issue. If you are on the mobile site clearing your phone history should fix it.

On the laptop. Mobile app is working ok but I like to use laptop for placing order
