Not able to cancel order

I am attempting to cancel and order and I received no cancellation link in my confirmation email, and was not able to in the app which I usually do even though I attempted to cancel the order within minutes of placing the order. I have talked to various advisors who were unable to help and I also attempted to talk to someone before the 15 minute window but they did not cancel the order in time.

@Fozzyzzy I'm sorry to hear that! We have a limited time frame in which we can cancel your order. If you are not able to receive this order, please send me a private message with the order number. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
