Non-points rewards for pick up orders.

Greetings all

I just came from picking up an online order in store. Online, states that rewards can be added in store if available (see screen shot). What I am wondering is if any store actually carries the rewards that are made with a promo code and certain purchase amount? I am not looking for the types of rewards where points are used. So for example, the YOURGIFT reward in my screenshot. I was trying to add a different reward with a diff code, and got the screenshot message. Had I known stores don’t actually carry those types of rewards I would have entered the YOURGIFT code in my online order (which worked). The cast member in the store implied that they just didn’t carry non-points rewards, but I also got the feeling she didn’t know. Didn’t help I didn’t like her condescending tone. Anywho - any feedback/response is appreciated.

I am so sorry for any confusion! It sounds like you may be referring to our Beauty Offers! If you're referring to Beauty Offers, regretfully, these cannot be applied to Buy Online, Pick Up in Store orders. I'm sorry about that!
